1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Banana Cream Gold Standard whey
1/2 cup Oats
1 pinch Baking powder
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 Egg white
1 tbsp Coconut flour
1/2 Banana, mashed
3-4 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Pour pancake batter onto a hot griddle or frying pan.
Cook on a low to medium heat, and flip the pancakes when bubbles appear on the surface.
