Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen Seedless Green Grapes
1 frozen Banana
1 Green Apple, cored
1 cup Spinach
1 1/2 cups Coconut Water
1 tsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1 tsp Flaxseed

Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
